My goal is to guide and support you on your job seeking journey. Having been unemployed several times, I know how miserable it is out there and I know how little help there is. I’m here to change that.
My 10 years in the biotech industry have spanned college (at Worcester Polytechnic Institute), several internships with great mentors, a Master’s degree, a brief stint at a crazily early-stage startup (three employees!), getting laid off from the company I dreamed of working for when I chose my major (and discovered my love for Tissue Engineering), and finally settling down at one of the premier gene therapy companies in the country.
I’ve been through the job search many times with great successes and epic failures. I definitely didn’t always do it right and mostly had no clue what I was doing at all! There are so many resources and strategies out there that I wish someone had told me about when I was looking. I’m here to share them with you!
I’ve seen so many amazing biotech graduates out there struggling for months on end to find a job. Please don’t lose hope and don’t settle for something that isn’t right for you.
We’re going to get through this together.
We’re going to find the job for you… and help them want you too!
